Hotel had first class staff and location. Sweeping view, a roomy balcony, super bed, too. We loved a delightful restaurant. A spectacular beach nearby and pool onsite.
-
A very very good stay during our trip. The breakfasts where substantial and the service was outstanding. Simply perfect location, at a medium distance from a chain casino. The beach nearby was natural and the view was panoramic! The bed was comfy, and we liked that the room was carpeted and opulent.
-
It deserves its 3 stars. Great location and VERY GOOD breakfast. Moreover, it was easy to park onsite. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk.
-
Quiet locaiton close to the beach and center, really dog friendly with plenty of safe parking
-
Pet friendly, ok parking and close to seafront. perfect value for money!

I marked all but one question as excellent as I received a top rate service from the onset of my booking up to booking out. The hotel was clean fresh and friendly would be pleased to book again.
The only reason for the lower mark was the fact the toilet had not been flushed since the last occupant had used it which made me feel uncomfortable as to how clean the room was. I felt that bad about it that I did not use the shower or toilet in the room. I reserved a car parking space and told them I was disabled but no space was set aside for me even thou i had book over a week in advance. I was lucky to have found a space as later there were cars double parked. This is only a minor glitch as I know if I had said anything at the desk it would have been dealt with right away.

I found the staff most helpful and friendly. Breafast and snack meals were good

The Staff were always very helpful .All requests were met with a promt service . There was a Happy Family atmosphere and being the Air Show week the Hotel was Full and the Staff continued being just as helpful and I certainly would go back for another stay.

We love the location very near to the beach, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, very friendly staff... We love our room (it felt like home) it was in the cottage of the hotel. We will definitly stay at hinton firs again whenever we go to bournemouth.

Spacious Good Parking Cheap Friendly Warm Rooms
Rooms need seriously modernising
-
The pool and location.
The room was dirty and separate from the actually hotel in the car park.
-
The location was good. Just a short walk from the beach. The restaurant staff were very friendly and obliging.
We were not pleased with the state of decor in all the rooms. The whole hotel needs a refurbishment. Our bathroom was freezing cold, with ill-fitting windows which let the cold air in. The parking was inadequate and on 3 separate occasions we could not find a space in the small carparks. we felt that the hotel was rather over-priced and did not represent value for money as compared with other hotels that we have stayed in.
-
Friendly professional staff , good food , nice room
Lack of wi-fi , which i feel is an important factor for business guests
-
The hotel expects disabled people to park a distance from the entrance and then carry own bags all way to hotel and up to room. I had requested disabled parking on booking. The manager passed the comment the only space available was the owners and he could not allow guests park there, however later he did allow a guest to park there. During my stay a fellow guest was the only person polite enough to offer assistance. The room was so unclean, personal documents of a previous guest were still in the room and I nearly hung myself on a spiders web.

Nothing, it was dirty and shabby and would definitely never stay there again
